1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Paid Online Courses: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- The request is submitted in writing to info.mentorscholarship.com.
1.2 Non-Refundable Services: The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed courses or certifications.
- Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and contact details.
- The course or service purchased.
- The date of purchase.
- The reason for the refund request.
2.2 Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email once the refund is approved or denied.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
3.2 If the original payment method is no longer available, please notify us, and we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
4. Partial Refunds

- You have completed a portion of the course content.
- There are technical issues or errors on our platform that prevent you from accessing the service.
5. Cancellation of Services
5.1 If you wish to cancel a service before it begins, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided the cancellation request is submitted at least 2 days before the start date.
6. Exceptions
6.1 Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

- If the refund request is submitted after the specified refund period.
